We Care About Your Health

The Clinic has been thoroughly sanitized and the space has been altered to provide for social distancing. In addition, we have implemented the requirements for continued sanitation for everyone’s health!

We will ask that you remain in your car until you are called in. Your temperature will be checked and a short COVID 19 questionnaire will be completed.

As we enter this new reality, we will be operating on an abbreviated schedule, adding an extra 30 minutes between appointments, while we adapt to the new State mandates for cleaning and social distancing. Given the change in schedules we will open in phases.

As you may have expected, the costs for additional staff, disinfecting supplies, PPEs, and alterations in supplies have forced us to increase our prices. Our 30-minute sessions will increase $5 and our 60-and 90-minute session will increase $10. To help offset this increase we are offering you the opportunity to prepay for up to 10 sessions at the current price. You may share your sessions with friends and family. All prepaid sessions expire 12/31/2020.

I want to take this moment to detail the Mandatory Requirements for Responsible RestartOhio, prescribed by the State Medical Board of Ohio as they relate to your future appointments at The Stillpoint. A few particularly important items will be listed below, and you will receive more information with your appointment confirmation.

  1. Your health and safety are paramount. The clinic will look different, but you will continue to receive the best treatment(s) you have come to rely on.

  2. Our team will be following all requirements regarding their health and wellness and will be cleared to work each day via health check.

  3. Upon your arrival you will wait in your car until a member of the Clinic staff calls you for your appointment.

  4. You will receive a “Doorway Screening Assessment.” We will take your temperature and ask you a series of health-related questions. Per the CDC, symptoms include cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, and two of the following: fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headaches, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell. If you respond in the affirmative, you will be asked to reschedule after 14 days have passed.

  5. You will be required to wear a mask and we will ask that you sanitize your hands prior to entering the treatment room.

  6. You will notice that the “traffic flow” of the clinic is one directional and looks to keep social distancing in mind.

  7. Only patients/clients will be permitted in the clinic unless a caregiver is accompanying you or a child is accompanied by a parent.

  8. We will all be observing social distancing – yes this means no hugging or handshaking. We ask that you help us keep your conversation to your health and wellness so we may ensure the required sanitation between patients.

Above all, we want you to know that we are still here for you and want to welcome you back as soon as we can. Please be patient with our new scheduling protocols as our availability will be restricted as we acclimate to the new protocols required by the Medical Board.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Be Well, Stay Well!
